is this over 1200 calories?
I had a huge splurge today—I know I had 3 pieces of bread (a total of approx. 180 cal), a tbp. of blueberry pie filling —maybe 100 cal? 2 marshmallows (100?), 2 graham crackers (120 cal) a small small small brownie I’d still be save and say 300? 4 pieces of chocolate (300?) this is all I ate today and I went for a mile and a half run as well as another run in the mid-afternoon plus I’m a fulltime mom of a 5 month old lugging her around (stroller pushing, etc.) Is this too many calories for the day?
Thanks to all who wrote—may it be known for those freaked about my unhealthy choices— i live on tuna, egg whites, spinach, fruit, and protein shakes everyday. I never eat like that. FYI it was not a piece of blueberry pie….it was a tbp of filling–no fat–yes high sugar—moreover i read the cal info for the bread i know each slice was 60–same goes for the graham crackers.
That’s all? Eat for cryin’ out loud!
