Is it safe to perform circumcision to a 4-month old baby?
or should we wait until he is older? If yes, until what age to be safe? The baby was born in Asian country, and as you know, they don’t do that to the baby at birth. Thanks.

The bible does not say to circumcise. The bible is the OT & NT. OT says that decedents of Abraham (Jews) should be circumcised as a covenant between the Jews and God.
