i dont want to give birth early?
am i weird? everyone else cant wait and i’m so not that organised that i would prefer to be 2 weeks late! i already have a daughter and stepson and with christmas coming up i’ve not had the funds to get in last minute baby things, i was going to leave it til after christmas – i’m due on the 14th january tho. Should i have packed my bag yet? washed baby clothes, bought a car seat? i do have a cot, pram blankets and clothes etc but i’m not as prepared as i was with my daughter. if i went into labour now i would be packing a bag and washing clothes now, is anyone else like me or are you all super organised, any advice or opinions appreciated thanks
You still have quite a bit of time to worry about it. Over a month! I wouldn’t be too concerned. I was like you in some aspects. I waited until the last minute to do everything. In fact I waited until I was in labor to pack my hospital bag and I ended up forgetting a ton of stuff and my husband had to go home to get it while I was in the hospital. I waited until after my daughter was born to wash her clothes. She was a week early and I thought I was going to be late and I was planning to do it on my due date. 
The only thing I think you should do is buy a car seat. You can get away with anything else but not having a car seat isn’t a good idea. Hospitals won’t let you leave without one.
