Mommys and daddys: any ways i can get a babysitting job? (:?
anything other than word of mouth or flyers that can get me a babysitting job/mother’s helper? im 14. i know, Alot of people wont hire a 14 year old but there are some people who would so i might as well try (: and i really think im mature enough and able to do it.
Talk to your teachers, fellow church goers, maybe your friends’ mom/dads (that have little ones). Most likely you won’t be left with a baby… but you might have fun with a 4+ year old. You never know.
I used to baby sit at 13, the parents would drop off the child at my house. My parents were home, so that eased any worries for the kid’s parents. But it was me that had to keep the kid busy. It was fun and it’s always nice to have some extra money!!
