My lab has really hard and wierd paws, almost like plastic. his nose and eyes run like he has a cold. worried.
My Lab mix (Moses)developed very hard paws. they are not swollen, in fact they appear to look as if they lack moisture. They are hard, smashed together and feel like shiny plastic. His eyes are runny and he seems congested, Moses has to have his nose and eyes cleaned out 4 times a day.On the eyes thing.., around the shape of the eyes are really dry looking. it looks like somone lined his eyes with white chalk. anyone know what this may be. I live in Arizona, it’s pretty hot here. we constantly have the ac and 4 fans running all day. I thought maybe he is living in a very dry climate. anyone have any ideas. would love them.
You need to get him to a veterinarian as soon as possible. It could be serious.
