Is this a dumb idea?
I really want to go for a walk and I actually need to go to the store, which is about 8 blocks away. It is below freezing outside, but I have a jj cole bundleme on my babies car seat that goes on the stroller. if i bundle her up and have her in her bundleme i think she’ll be very warm, and i’ll keep her face protected too. Would it be stupid to walk to the store with her in her stroller?
I just can’t make up my mind if it’d be a bad idea or not!! (my husband has the car today, unfortunately)
I think it’s fine! If there is a wind chill, maybe put a blanket over the front of the stroller. Your baby won’t be able to see out but it’ll be warm. I have seen those clear plastic covers around – consider picking one of those up for days with a windchill or rain! that way your baby can see out!

PS I was outside walking around yesterday, picking up groceries and baking – it was about -10′C and there were tonnes of women out with their babies! They just bundled their wee ones up and covered their faces, except for their eyes. Some had those plastic things covering their strollers! It’s fine!!!
